What Happens When You Hit Your Limit

You’ll see a message explaining your limit. You can:
  • Wait until midnight (limits reset daily)
  • Upgrade your plan
  • Use free models (if available)

How to Subscribe

On Mobile (iOS):
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Browse available plans
  3. Select a plan
  4. Complete payment through App Store
  5. Your plan activates immediately
On Mobile (Android):
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Browse available plans
  3. Select a plan
  4. Complete payment through Google Play
  5. Your plan activates immediately
On Web:
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Browse available plans
  3. Select a plan
  4. Complete payment
  5. Your plan activates immediately

Managing Subscriptions

Cancel Subscription

iOS:
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Tap “Manage Subscription”
  3. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  4. Cancel your subscription
Android:
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Tap “Manage Subscription”
  3. Go to Google Play → Subscriptions
  4. Cancel your subscription
Web:
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click “Manage Subscription”
  3. Go to Account settings
  4. Cancel your subscription

Change Plan

On Mobile or Web:
  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Select new plan
  3. Confirm change
  4. Prorated refund/charge applies

Premium models are advanced AI systems that provide better results. Examples include GPT-5, Claude Sonnet, Grok 4, and Gemini Pro.

Free Models vs Premium Models

Free models are available to all users. They provide fast responses and work great for general tasks. Premium models offer better quality and accuracy. They’re ideal for complex tasks requiring sophisticated reasoning.
Start with free models for simple tasks, and use premium models when you need better quality and accuracy.

Can I switch plans?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Do limits reset?

Yes, daily limits reset at midnight in your local timezone.

What happens if I cancel?

You’ll continue to have access to your plan until the end of your billing period. After that, you’ll move to the Free plan.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies vary by platform. Contact support for assistance with refund requests.

How do I restore my purchase on iOS or Android?

If you’ve previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it: On Mobile (iOS or Android):
  1. Go to Settings → Subscriptions
  2. Tap the “Restore Purchase” button (located in the bottom right)
  3. Your subscription will be restored if you have an active purchase
This is useful if you’ve reinstalled the app, switched devices, or your subscription isn’t showing up.

Do I lose my data if I downgrade?

No, your data is safe. You’ll just have access to fewer features based on your new plan.

Can I share my account?

Account sharing is not acceptable and violates our terms of service. Each user must have their own account.
