Why Use Folders?
Folders on mobile help you maintain a clean workspace by grouping related items together. Whether you’re researching, planning, or organizing documents, folders keep everything in one place.Mobile Features

- AI Context: Chatting inside a folder gives the AI access to the files stored in that folder.

Managing Folders on Mobile
Creating & Managing
- Access the Folders tab from the main navigation.
- Tap the Create Folder icon.
- Give your folder a name and description.
- You can Edit or Delete folders by tapping the options menu next to the folder name.
Adding Content
Organizing Conversations
Keep your chat list organized by moving conversations into specific folders.- Long-press a conversation or tap the menu icon.
- Select Move to Folder.
- Choose the target folder.
Uploading Files
You can add documents and images to your folders directly from your mobile device.- Open your folder in the Folders tab.
- Tap the + button (floating action button).
- Choose to upload a Document or a Photo from your library.
- All uploaded files are instantly available for the AI to reference.
- Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, BMP
- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, ODT, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX
- Code & Data: MD, MARKDOWN, CSV, HTML, HTM, XHTML, TEX, LATEX, ADOC, ASCIIDOC
Folder Context in Chat
When you are in a folder-based conversation:- The AI is automatically aware of the folder you are in.
- When the AI uses the Knowledge Base Search tool, the application automatically scopes the search context to the current folder.
- It can retrieve and analyze the specific files you’ve uploaded to that project.
Sync Across Devices
Folders created on mobile are instantly synced to the web app, and vice versa. Your entire project structure goes wherever you go!
